Four Weddings and a Funeral: UK Release Set

Finally, the UK will be able to see Tom as Quentin in the series Four Weddings and a Funeral on StarzPlay, starting December 12. All 10 episodes will be available for your bingeing pleasure.

The series, based on the classic 1994 Richard Curtis film, was created by Mindy Kaling. Hulu has the following description posted:

Maya, the young communications director for a New York senatorial campaign, receives a wedding invitation from her college schoolmate now living in London. She leaves her professional and personal life behind, in favor of traveling to England and reconnecting with old friends and ends up in the midst of their personal crises. Relationships are forged and broken, political scandals exposed, London social life lampooned, love affairs ignited and doused, and of course, there are four weddings…and a funeral.

Watchmen: More from the Red Carpet

More interviews have popped up from the Los Angeles premiere of Watchmen.

At 1:05 in the post below, Tom is doing his best to answer questions while giving absolutely nothing away, lest the HBO suits descend upon him.

You can also see Tom at :52 in this video telling us that we may try to guess what's going on, but we are in for some surprises.

Watchmen: Character Video

HBO has released a video introducing us to Jeremy Irons' character who is named...well, we're not 100% sure. There had been reporting that the producers had confirmed he was Adrian Veidt/Ozymandias, but he has also coyly been referred to as Probably Who You Think He Is and, in this video below, as the Blonde Man.

The behind-the-scenes video brings us to an estate where Irons' character lives the life of a country gentleman in the 1930's. He has two servants, Mr. Phillips played by Tom and Ms. Crookshanks played by Sara Vickers, who seem perfectly normal on the exterior, but if you've seen the first episode, you know there is something a bit off about them. Warning...spoilers ahead.

Watchmen: First Look at Mr. Phillips

HBO PR has released a synopsis for each of the first 6 episodes of Watchmen's first season. Also included was the official first look at Tom as Mr. Phillips and Sara Vickers as Ms. Crookshanks. They are with Jeremy Irons, who is widely believed to be playing Adrian Veidt/Ozymandias, a recurrence of the character from the original graphic novel.

The show premieres on HBO this Sunday, October 20th at 9pm, with an episode titled "It's Summer and We're Running Out of Ice," directed by Nicole Kassell and written by Damon Lindelof.
